Scheduled servicing on a plan, so it happens on time rather than when someone remembers. Two tiers per equipment type — one visit a year, or two.

The difference between Basic and Premium is simply how many full service visits you get a year. Everything else is identical. What a visit covers is listed on maintenance & service.

What plans do not cover
These are preventive maintenance agreements. Repairs, replacement parts beyond the filters, oil and plugs changed at a visit, emergency call-outs, troubleshooting and corrective labor are quoted and billed separately. Warranty repairs are subject to manufacturer approval.
Priority scheduling is not a response-time guarantee. Plan customers are scheduled ahead of non-plan customers, but no specific response window is promised — particularly during a widespread outage, when everyone needs somebody at once. We would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.
Signing up
Plans are billed monthly to a card on file and can be canceled with 30 days' notice. Maintenance falls due on runtime hours or the annual interval, whichever comes first, and you contact us to book each visit. Unused visits do not roll over.
